Free Curbside Delivery is our standard delivery method and is offered as a free service to you when you purchase any massage chair from us. Using this method your massage chair will arrive in its factory boxes, unassembled. Once your package gets close to home, the freight company will call you to schedule the delivery. They will deliver your package to your carport or entryway, and you will be responsible for getting it into your home or business.
Some of these boxes can weigh in excess of 200 pounds, so if you do choose this option you may want to have someone help you move it and assemble it. This is a good option for someone who is comfortable assembling their massage chair with the help of the owners manual.
White Glove Delivery (Room of Choice Installation):
Average Shipping time: 10-14 Business Days
You can add White Glove Delivery to your order from $179.99 to $199.99 and it is basically the delivery AND installation of your massage chair. It adds about a week to the total delivery time. A two-person installation team that will deliver, unpack and install your massage chair in whichever room you like (and carry it up the stairs if needed). They aren't professional massage chair installation experts, but rather a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your particular massage chair model before. - Once your massage chair has arrived to the white glove terminal, please allow 2-3 business days for the installation team to call and schedule your delivery. If for some reason you do not receive a call to schedule delivery after 3 days, please contact us and we will help you.
- You don't to be an expert or own special tools to install a massage chair. They're pretty easy to assemble with clear assembly instructions included in the packaging. We only partner with brands that have excellent customer service. That means both Your Happy Chairs and the massage chair manufacturer is available to assist you in installation.
- We only recommend this option is you can't find anyone to help you with carrying the massage chair, or if you want everything done for you without moving a muscle.
THINGS TO CONSIDER :
- Assembly Required – there is slight assembly required. This usually consists of attaching air hoses, the arms, and ottoman. This is pretty simple as long as you can follow instructions. Installation takes about 30-90 min depending on the massage chair. If you need help with assembly please kindly contact us at 302-400-1357 (Weekdays 9:00AM-6:00PM ET).
- Consider the size of the box. We are still adding box sizes to our website at the time of this writing, but should you wish to know whether or not the box will fit through your door, please contact us for more information.
- If you live in a second story apartment without an elevator, then the delivery company will not bring your massage chair up the stairs.
- Please note, if you are absent for the 1st scheduled delivery attempt, there is a $100 re-delivery fee.
INSPECT ALL BOXES UPON DELIVERY
Please inspect the boxes of your new furniture upon delivery of your order. If you notice any slight damage to the packaging that you think might affect the furniture, please mark it in the receipt or bill of lading with a clear description of the nature of the damage. If the boxes are severely damaged, please refuse the shipment and make a notation on the freight bill that there was significant visible damage. Your signature on the receipt is your acknowledgment that your merchandise is satisfactory and delivered as ordered. In the event that your order arrives damaged or if you have any concerns regarding any aspects of the delivery, please call us at 302-595-8588 for a resolution.
If the box is damaged and it is not noted on the delivery receipt, we will not be responsible to replace or fix the merchandise. Please keep the original packaging as it is required for us to process the claim.
DELIVERY FAQ
- Will I be able to track my order? Yes. Once your order is shipped we’ll send you tracking information for your purchase. You can follow it all the way to your town. Once your package arrives and is ready to be delivered our freight carrier will call you to set up a time for a convenient delivery.
- Can shipping and billing addresses be different? Yes. We will contact you after your purchase to verify both the Billing and Shipping addresses. If you are sending the massage chair as a gift or to someone with a different name, address, and phone number, you will need to add the recipient's information to your Credit Card or Debit Card Payment Profile.
- Is shipping really FREE? Yes! We ship your order right to your door for FREE. This product will be shipped using Curbside Delivery. The product will be delivered to your door or the nearest ground-level entrance of your residence. Signature is required upon delivery.
WHERE DOES YOURHAPPYCHAIR DELIVER?
We deliver anywhere in the continental United States (Excludes Hawaii & Alaska). We currently do not deliver internationally at this time.
RECEIVING YOUR MASSAGE CHAIR
When receiving your massage chair, please make sure to check for any damage on the box and the massage chair after it is assembled. Plug in your massage chair and press the power button and make sure that the power turns on. Then sit in your chair and press an auto program to activate the massage chair to make sure everything is in working order.
Make sure that all of your airbags are inflating. If an airbag is not functioning, please inform the installers. Also, make sure that both arms of your massage chair are tightened securely. If an arm on your chair is loose, please inform the installers.
DAMAGE OR TROUBLE WITH INSTALLATION
- Examine your boxes upon arrival. Make a note of any damage to the box.
- Your massage chair should be delivered in its original boxes and assembled at your residence or business. If your massage chair arrives assembled first, please make a note on the delivery slip that the chair arrived assembled.
- If, for any reason, there is a problem with the installation of your massage chair, please call us right away. Do not for any reason let the installation team leave without giving us a call first. We can be reached at 302-400-1357 and we will guide the installers moving forward.
- If upon inspecting your massage chair you find damage has occurred during installation, please make a note of the damage on the delivery slip. Call us immediately at 302-400-1357.
- Please take pictures of the damage. Please note that clear and well-lit images will help us to assess the damage quickly and accurately. Taking one close up and one farther away so that we can see where on the chair the damage is located is greatly appreciated.
RETURNING THE PRODUCT:
We make returning your massage chair easy. There are no restocking fees or hidden charges; customers will only be responsible for a flat fee of $250 or Return shipping/freight charges, which would be the total cost if you wish to return your massage chair. There are no other fees if the chair is returned in its original packaging with all the items that came with the chair (remote, power cord, and accessories).
The customer is responsible for disassembling the chair and packing it back up in the original packaging (and any associated costs) and returning the chair to the manufacturer within 20 calendar days of the date of purchase to qualify for our free return offer. If the chair is not returned in its original packaging, there will be an additional charge applied.
EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT:
If you are a continental US customer and want to exchange your chair for the same model or another model, you will be responsible for disassembling & packing up your chair in the original packing material (and any associated costs) and having the chair back to the manufacturer within 20 calendar days of the date of purchase.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees and white glove delivery fees. If the massage chair is defective, we will exchange it for the same model. Once an exchange has taken place on a non-defective chair, it cannot be returned.
In case you have decided on a replacement chair of another model, we will either bill or credit you the difference between chair prices.
RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES:
- You must contact us at returns@yourshappychair.com or 302-400-1357 to initiate your return or exchange.
- You have 20 calendar days, from the date of purchase, to return or exchange your chair.
- If you do decide to return your chair within the 20 calendar day guarantee period, from the date of purchase, you will need to send it back to the manufacturer in the original packing material to get your money back.
- The manufacturer must approve that the chair is in its original packing condition and resell-able. Our customer support team will guide you throughout the return process. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.
- We DO NOT offer free return shipping or exchanges for International orders or Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico orders (continental USA orders ONLY).
- White Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
- We DO refund extended warranty purchases, however, commercial warranties purchased for your chair will NOT be refunded.
- Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.
- Your refund will be credited back to your credit/debit card and may take up to 1 week to show up on your card statement. The refund will be the original purchase price (including sales tax, if applicable) less any damage repair costs not covered by the chair warranty, less white glove delivery service bought by you at the time of purchase, less the $250 flat fee or the return freight charge (whichever is cheaper). If you paid for your chair with a PayPal account, the refund will be issued directly to that same account.
- If you are returning or exchanging your chair, the chair must be in the manufacturer's return address within 20 calendar days from the date of purchase. If it arrives after 20 calendar days from the date of purchase, we will refuse delivery and it will be sent back to you. However, our support team will help you throughout the process to ensure a smooth return.
- The refund will be issued once the chair has been received and inspected by the supplier to ensure it's in proper condition.
- Please also include all accessories, manuals, forms, pages, etc. that came with the chair when it was delivered to you.
PRODUCT GUARANTY & DAMAGES:
At Yourhappychair, we do everything we can to make sure that your products arrive in perfect condition and work as advertised.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@yourshappychair.com or contact us at 302-400-1357 within 7 days after receiving your shipment.
We will then file a return claim with the supplier for you and if approved, will return your product to them at our own cost. You then have the option to either get a full refund or receive a replacement product, depending on the supplier.
Original packaging and product condition:
Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition minus the reported damages and defects. The supplier may reject the returned product if there is no visible/detectable damage to the product and/or product packaging is not original.
If a product is deemed unfit for return, we will notify you that the return has been rejected. You can then choose one of the following options.
- The product will be shipped back to you and you'll have to pay the product's shipping cost.
- You can claim your return and our support team will work with you to process the return.
If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of informing us that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
